Southbury Middlebury Scholarship Foundation Inc

In 1983, a group of Middlebury and Southbury residents including Heritage Village thought that many of our high school graduates were not going to schools of their choice, mainly due to financial reasons.  They thought the community should do more to help local students, thus the Southbury Middlebury Scholarship Foundation was born.  The SMSF is a non-profit organization supported entirely by donations and bequests from residents and businesses of the two towns.
