Southeastern Correctional Ministry Inc

Southeastern Correctional Ministry is a non-profit Ministry to spread the Gospel to those who are in correctional facilities throughout Southeastern Virginia and North Carolina.  

Our Mission started in 1981 in one jail, Nansemond Correctional Unit,  and has expanded to 16 local jails and two Juvenile Detention Centers.  We serve men, women and youth through volunteer bible study lessons, counseling, and worship services.  

We are supported through donations, church partnerships, business sponsorships and civic organizations support.
