we are a small rescue with a huge impact. Last year we rescued almost 130 dogs and this year are on schedule to rescue well over 150. We get the dogs out of kill shelters for various reasons and from owners who can no longer care for them or even found as strays or abandoned.  We also have taken beagles that were tested on in laboratories for research. We work with partners across the United States to get the dogs out of areas that have little to no adoptions as the dogs are widely used for hunting and breeding and not cared for. We do what we can to give them the care they need. Place them in a loving foster home and start a process for successful long term adoption.

Hundreds of dogs die every year. We are avid animal lovers and are called to this breed. We do help all breeds when we can. These docile dogs are misunderstood with their highly sensitive noses. They make great family dogs as they get along with dogs, people and children.
