SWAE is making Arizona, Nevada and Utah better places to live, learn and work by helping organizations in these states achieve superior results through the use of the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. To fulfill our mission, SWAE provides organizations an opportunity to be evaluated organizational-wide or to have certain processes evaluated through our Performance Excellence Program, from which they receive feedback and the chance for recognition of performance excellence. SWAE also provides professional development opportunities to individuals through examiner training and service in evaluating organizations.
