Accomplishments
• Networks with a wide variety of public, private and business groups for the betterment of our community. (Facebook: SpanishLake,MO)
• Maintains the SLCA Voice Mail (314-741-4100) responding to a variety of questions and concerns from residents.
• Offers Free Tax Return Preparation in partnership with MCTC
• Maintains the Spanish Lake Website (www.SpanishLakeMo.org).
• Works with the County's Neighborhood Preservation Department to identify and improve problem properties.
• Sponsors annual Youth & Family and Senior Resource Fairs.
• Works with Spanish Lake Community Development Corporation (CDC) to support wise development.
• Holds yearly Electronic Recycling and Document Shred events.
• Offers two (2) free library book exchange boxes in garden at Trampe & Larimore and at Twillman House.
• Sponsors BINGO second Monday of the month afternoons at Twillman House.
• Sponsors Card Games fourth Monday of the month afternoons at Twillman House
• Sponsors Town Hall meetings for residents.
• Holds monthly beautification walks via the Clean and Green Committee and other community volunteers.
• Operates Twillman House as the Spanish Lake Community Center and manages rental opportunities.
