MARSH Food Cooperative

MARSH is a not-for-profit organization structured as a cooperative and based in the Carondelet neighborhood in St. Louis City. We provide fair labor employment to manage a network of neighborhood farm lots, a sliding scale grocery store, a communal kitchen, an online grocery catalog, and a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscription program.
MARSH Cooperative operates as a d.b.a. of Spark for the Arts, Inc. Our projects and programs envision, design, devise, and activate generative practices in the areas of food and ecological justice, labor equity, land use, and relational economies. Our work is governed through partnership between a diverse and multi-generational team of cooperative worker-owners, board of directors, and over 200 (and growing!) cooperative member-owners.
