Broad based opportunity does not simply arise with good intentions.  St. Anne Village’s priority is to spread opportunity while responding to specific demonstrated needs and demands in the marketplace.

With a small core of corporate staff, SAV will provide employment and training for approximately 250 local individuals through  an 18 month paid internship.  After which SAV will help facilitate the transition of employment to other facilities in the area, replacing them with additional local residents to be trained and moved forward.  Current demographics indicate the need for caregivers will outstrip the local available supply of qualified individuals for many years to come.

St. Anne Village supports  broad based economic mobility, especially for those left out of the areas of recent growth.  Within the SAV complex, there will be several opportunities for local, low income residents, to be trained and supported, in personal business ventures that they will own and operate.

St. Anne village considers inclusivity and affordability over profitability.  Growth does little for the average resident if its fruits are not shared.

Starting in late fall 2018, it is our vision to put shovels in the ground and begin the journey of building a 10 acre intergenerational village on the corner of Camino Diablo Road and Holway Drive in Byron, California.

Phase 1 will include the construction of four innovative quadplex residential senior units and an adjacent community activity center for seniors ready to transition into a more community based lifestyle.

We will continue phase 2 with the construction of a state of the art community building, housing a commercial kitchen, restaurant, café, salon, commercial space, library, office space, and a non-denominational chapel on the first floor.  The second floor will house 14 assisted living studio units specifically designed for seniors with more advanced care needs.

Phase 3 will round out our project with the construction of 4 two story apartment buildings and 2 three story apartment buildings.  These buildings will provide (24) two bedroom units at 921 square feet, (98) single bedroom units at 702 square feet, and (24) studio units at 516 square feet.

This innovative facility is being designed by SDG Architects with the guidance of Samaritan Village (a highly successful senior living facility in Hughson California).

Once complete, this revolutionary facility will supplement our already highly successful respite care facility and our partnership preschool, Love for Learning.

What is a Nonprofit IPO?

Corporations offer for-profit Initial Public Offerings (IPO’s) of shares that are essentially fundraising vehicles promising positive financial returns.  St.. Anne Village has replicated this strategy to let investors participate in positive social returns.

As a result, St. Anne Village has issued an “Immediate Public Opportunity…to invest in community.”  These fundraising shares are a way for friends, neighbors, and citizens to invest and take stock in our East County community.

Our Returns on Investment are tied to the creation of affordable housing and community with wrap around services for seniors - St. Anne Village - with various tangent endeavors including our - Love for Learning - preschool.

These nonprofit share purchases will be leveraged against more traditional fundraising approaches such as foundation grants, trust deed,  and private placement senior debt.

Once built, St. Anne Village will be a self-sustaining senior living facility with income from tenant rents covering all costs for operation, maintenance, and service.
