St Croix County Historical Society Inc

The St. Croix County Historical Society maintains the Octagon House Museum complex in Hudson, WI. The museum complex includes the gracious Victorian era Octagon House, built in 1855 for the Moffat family; the Garden House with a variety of historic displays; and the Carriage House which houses the Museum Gift Shop and the Society’s Research Center. 

The St. Croix County Historical Society is dedicated to promoting interest in history through the development and preservation of our Octagon House Museum complex and Research Center. Our Society collects and preserves historical information and artifacts associated with St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
