Since our doors opened in 1925, St. John the Baptist School has served the students of our parish and the town of Ludlow by providing a lifelong foundation of exceptional academics and moral formation for the nearly 2,000 students that have passed through its doors. Through the loving commitment of the Sisters of St. Anne, SJB School has formed students of character, achievement and selflessness who have served our parish and community with distinction. But more than that, SJB School has become a second "family" that continues to nurture our students even today.

The "halls and walls" of SJBS are alive with memories of the teachers and traditions that have molded our students, both past and present: Sr. Superior Azzelie, Sr. Christine Suzor, Sr. Rita Cardin, Sr. Alice Lavoie, Mrs. McVicar, Mr. Rizzo, Mr. Hale, Mrs. Hudson, Mrs. Dellecese, Mrs. Flynn, Mrs. Rose, Mrs. Coelho, Mrs. Jag...First Communions, Le Croisee, Rhythm Band, Recitals, Musicals, Science Fairs, 8th Grade Boston Trip, the Living Rosary, Grandparents' Day, Multi-Cultural Week, Mt. Monadnock...

With your support, we will continue to graduate students who excel academically and follow the example of Jesus Christ in serving the poor and living the beatitudes. During the past decade, our graduates have made us proud and contributed much to society. Allison Ledoux was valedictorian of Cathedral High School in 2005 and graduates have participated in mission trips to Haiti (Evan Davies), Africa (P.J. Adzima and Michael Mollica) and Belize (Susannah Bourbeau). Examples like these reinforce why our school was founded and why it's important to support it for future generations.
