St Louis Delta Foundation

The St. Louis Delta Foundation is committed to improving lives, strengthening communities, and fostering a brighter future for all. We collaborate with local organizations to develop programs that support youth and families. Our recent initiatives include:

Ariya/ Rights of Passage: Our community partner, the Saint Louis Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., has championed educational excellence through this program for more than 25 years. Through the program, high school seniors participate in six months of leadership training, mentorship, and community workshops designed to build confidence, celebrate cultural heritage, and foster academic ambition—all while earning scholarships for college. We proudly support the ARIYA program, which has secured over $1.5 million to assist more than 300 young women in pursuing higher education.

Breakfast with Santa: In partnership with the Saint Louis Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, this annual holiday event provides families with a free breakfast, gifts from Santa for children 12 and under, access to COVID-19 and flu vaccinations, voter registration assistance, and bill support through Missouri's Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program.

College Scholarships: Our scholarship program supports graduating seniors who attend school in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, or St. Charles County. Eligible applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale and plan to continue their education at a college, university, or other post-secondary institution.

Trunks UP Extravaganza: Through this program, we distribute essential food and hygiene items to unhoused and underserved community members in the St. Louis area. This initiative takes place at six strategically located, car-based donation centers across St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and East St. Louis.
