Stage 62

We strive to unite the community in the joy of producing the highest quality theatre for all ages.

Stage 62 main stage productions include two musicals and a drama/comedy. The fall musical captures the spirit of our mission to 'unite the community in the joy of producing the highest quality theater for all ages." The show theme is generally chosen to be family friendly with a cast size and composition that allows us to embrace a large segment of our community, from students to seniors. The summer musical showcases the talents of our high school and college students, with edgier content and more current themes. Stage 62 invests heavily in outreach to high schools. Many Stage 62 members work with the theater programs in different Pittsburgh area school districts. The summer show gives our students (during their high school years or after they're in college) an opportunity to perform or develop their technical theater skills. Stage 62 also performs a spring drama/comedy; recent productions include Diary of Anne Frank, 12 Angry Men, and Deathtrap.
