America has been hit with an escalating crisis it doesn’t know how to handle. Across the country millions of people have fallen victim to individuals who have obsessively focused on them. This life-destroying phenomenon is called stalking. The purpose of this site and the Stalking Survivors’ Sanctuary & Solutions not-for-profit organization is to educate people about the insidious crime of stalking and how to cope with it, and to offer a communal coming together to help those exposed to its ugly face. We want to help you stay safe and to regain control of your life through information—your best defense—and support.

We Need Your Help

Only by banding together can we begin to turn around the stalking epidemic. That effort starts with a massive awareness campaign, so that:

• Potential victims recognize the signs before an obsession becomes entrenched
• Targets discover how to sidestep the obsessive dynamic
• Victims learn how best to protect themselves
• Professionals recognize and know how to deal with stalking

Spreading the word and providing lifesaving information and resources to the victims of stalking as well as to the many people seeking more insight into this frightening phenomenon takes time, effort and money. Indeed, several generous contributions from a single donor who was moved by Linden’s book Surviving a Stalker to the nonprofit organization Stalker Survivors Sanctuary & Solutions financed the update of the Stalking Victims’ Sanctuary (SVS) website and discussion board, as well as the costs associated with publishing the new edition of the book.
