Star Prairie Land Preservation Trust

Star Prairie Land Preservation Trust is a local all volunteer land trust created to preserve our environment, our water quality and wildlife habitat for future generations.  As a non-profit land trust we hold conservation easements and land title.  The primary geographic focus for the trust is northern St. Croix and southern Polk counties.   We are an organization made up of dedicated, passionate volunteers committed to our mission of protecting valuable natural areas from the rapid pace of development.  In wildness is the preservation of the world.  Henry David Thoreau
