Our Mission
We deliver high impact services through counseling, skill development, and crisis prevention to children, youth, adults and families.

StarVista provides high quality services to people of all ages.

Counseling Programs
Through individual, family and group counseling, StarVista helps people to identify and work through personal issues that get in the way of healthy growth and development. We also offer special programs for clients who are dealing with trauma or multiple mental health and substance abuse issues.

Prevention
We help children of alcoholics learn about and break the cycle of addiction, and give people of all ages the knowledge, skills and resources they need to avoid risky behaviors and provide a safe and stable living situation for their families.

Early Intervention
Early Childhood Services help parents provide a nurturing home, and address psychological issues in very young children so they can succeed in school. Other StarVista programs recognize that a first-time criminal offense may be the sign of a family problem or the result of lack of knowledge. We help first offenders learn about the causes and consequences of their actions, to give them a second chance.

Education
Our education programs teach parents, teachers, law enforcement and other community members about available resources and methods of encouraging healthy behaviors.

Residential Programs
These programs provide a temporary home for young people who are unable to live with their families due to family crisis, alcohol and/or drug use, domestic violence, or homelessness. For children in foster care and young people who cannot return to their homes, StarVista offers several programs that teach independent living skills and provide housing assistance.
