Our garden is a haven for residents and day programmers who want to spend time in nature whenever they feel like it. Our garden club regularly wins trophies at the county fair for their plants (and, yes, we do have a plant sale... email giving@stephensplace.org for deets on that).

Donate $75 for Community Impact Days

Having a sense of life purpose helps people to build confidence, make friends, and live a dignified life. 
We ❤️ to join other nonprofits to help out in the community.

$600 Will Pay for a Group Day Trip or Overnight Trip

With previous GiveBIG donations, we've taken safaris, gone to the beach, and spent wonderful days bonding with peers. You don't have to spot the whole $600 (although, we're not at all opposed). 

This year we are helping with the SOLVE beach clean-up, volunteering at Habitat for Humanity, and sharing our time with local schools. Any amount will help us get to that number to fund extra care, sleeping arrangements, gas, food, and activities.

$65 a day or 
$6,630 for a Year of Day Program for a Non-Resident!

Our Day Program is VERY popular. 
It gives caregivers and families much-needed time to recoup and helps neurodivergent locals to take a break from home too.

Not everyone has the dough to spring for Day Program. Funding helps us provide spots for everyone if they have the 💸 or not.

Why does it cost? You might ask.
Meals, snacks, extra caregiver time, materials; they all add up. We never make profits from people! Your donation of any amount will help us to help more locals.

Activities help our residents and day programmers to socialize, build confidence, have fun, learn new things, and live fulfilling lives.

Stephen’s Place is a supportive independent community designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities so they may live a fulfilled life with meaning and dignity!

Donations for GiveBIG 2024 will go towards more Day Program sponsorships for non-residents, fun outings, and more programming! So, if you can do it, GIVE BIG! :)
