Help us refurbish the flagpole and upgrade the flag at Windsor Park! This grand flagpole stands nearly 5 stories tall and flies high over the North End of Dubuque. It is in need of priming, repainting, and a larger flag.  Great Give Day funds will help allow us to complete this project for all to enjoy!
