About us:

Stop Heroin Now, Inc. is based out of Wisconsin and is spreading throughout the United States. We are a 501c3 non-profit with a foundation of awareness and education progressing towards linking individuals and families with needs-based services and resources. Stop Heroin Now supports local services for individuals and families impacted by addiction. Community resources and supports are the most easily accessible and successful to acheiving recovery as a family impacted by addiction. Support groups, recovery events, social gathering places, recovery coaching, education and awareness in the community, lunch and learn presentations, mentoring programs, community service projects, and "Begin Again Bins" for individuals entering sober living and independent living after completing inpatient treatment are all critical to success in recovery. Recovery is not simply abstaining from substances or addiction, but finding love and worth in yourself to be happy and healthy.

A Message From Our Founder: Linda Lenz

In 2013, I lost my Tony to a heroin overdose after a year of sobriety. We live in a safe and beautiful little town. He had two parents who loved him. He had a wonderful childhood. BUT, in high school he used pills with friends. One in four high school seniors admit using narctoic pills. The pills are opiates. They are synthetic heroin. The kids get addicted to the pills, move to heroin and die. I had to do something and started Stop Heroin Now. I needed to know I was doing something so no other parent had to feel the pain I have felt since losing my Tony. NOT ONE MORE!
