The Story Collective is a new professional regional theatre and arts community-based in the northern greater Cincinnati area.

The Play that Goes Wrong - Summer 2023

Mission Statement: The Story Collective of Cincinnati creates and produces a variety of events, including but not limited to, fully staged productions, staged readings, creative events, classes, and workshops that connect artists and communities of all ages through artistic excellence and encouraging environments.

Vision Statement: Our goal is to be the premier Fine Arts center for the Northern Cincinnati area, with a state-of-the-art facility designed to educate, entertain, and create for people of all ages. We want to be an                                                                                                  innovative and valuable resource for local artists,businesses, and communities.

In our first three years we've:

• Premiered original productions, The Epic Story, VARIETY!, Christmas with TSC and Harmony Creek Christmas which entertained audience members of all ages as well as full-length musicals, improv shows, concerts, and arts events.
• Have engaged over 2,000 Audience Members in the Northern Cincinnati area adding to the high-quality cultural landscape through performances and community events.
• Reached over 200 students, aged child through adult, through multiple class sessions throughout the year as well, teaching workshops and as Artists in Residence at the Armleder School.
• Gave paid performance opportunities to over 50 performers. 
• Collaborated with visual artists to create live painting pieces during our events 
• Have partnered with 10 local businesses to create special events like Sips for the Stage wine tasting with Liberty Farm Market and Musical Brunch with Cincinnati Magazine. 
• Held workshops and play sessions for the Holocaust and Humanities Center at Union Terminal
• Held our very first creative networking event, Plot Twist
• Held several Improv with Intention Workshops
• Provided Creative services to organizations

The Story Collective relies on the support of our community to thrive! Our staff is completely volunteer-run to make sure that we are able to continue to create artistic opportunities for artists and the community while compensating our performers for giving their time. Your gift allows The Story Collective to tell more stories and create more connections through artistic experiences.
