S.A.A.P is a Northern Kentucky / Greater Cincinnati non-profit rescue organization which was founded in 1998 by Marti Egger. Marti and her husband, Alex. Although Marti and Alex are no longer directly involved, they still keep in touch. We are very proud of what SAAP has become.  We are a completely volunteer organization and we rely mainly on private donations, adoption fees and volunteers.
