Success Institute gives colleges scholarships to young adults to further their education and goals.

Success Institute also sponsors Leadership Connection - a program that brings young adults and professional and community leaders together to -

1 - invoke a sense of civic responsibility through community exploration and mentoring.

2 - nuture and develop young leaders in the community through career, education and life planning issues.

3 - assist young adults in making real connections with business entrepreneurs and government leaders in developing their full leadership potential in the community.

4 - acquaint young adults with regional and local resources and opportunities.

5 - encourage young adults to become leaders, volunteers for a cause, engage in the political system and look for ways to influence positive change in their community.
