Sun Life History

Sun Life opened its doors in 1976, starting as an outgrowth of the Arizona Job College. Sun Life's humble beginnings started with just one full-time and one part-time provider working out of a trailer. 

Now Sun Life has grown to serve six different Pinal County communities including; Casa Grande, Coolidge, Eloy, Maricopa, Oracle and San Manuel. Sun Life is established as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and is accredited by the Joint Commission for health care proficiency.

Sun Life Services

Sun Life offers a wide range of service to help ensure all patients are given the resources to maintain their health care needs. Sun Life services include: Family Practice, Pediatric Care, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dentistry and Orthodontics, Laboratory and Radiology, Pharmacy Services, Behavioral Health Services, Diabetes Education and Outreach and Enrollment.

Current Goal

Sun Life is currently working on reaching a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) accreditation. This will help Sun Life maintain and improve an environment that allows each patient to manage their individual health care needs.
