That’s 208 days of transformative education where children who are deaf or hard of hearing gain access to listening, spoken language, and literacy. 

Our children get the opportunity to read a story aloud for the first time, learn how to play instruments and dance to the rhythm, articulate the words “Hi Mommy,” and “I love you, Daddy” with more clarity than ever before, and grow their language every single day.

We are a nationally and internationally recognized auditory/oral school with all the dedicated experts and advanced hearing technology needed to turn potential into achievement. Every day, Sunshine Cottage empowers our children to thrive academically and socially, setting the stage for a future of limitless possibilities.

But these life-changing 208 days come with a cost. The full tuition for one student is about $8,000, which is a significant investment for families already navigating the high expenses of hearing technology and medical care. At Sunshine Cottage, we are committed to ensuring that no child is ever turned away because of cost.
