T. O. T. A.

T.O.T.A. was created by a small group of Oakland business people who wanted to help anyone who, in any way, wished to improve his or her life.  The charity was created as a vehicle for anonymous giving.  

 We are an all-volunteer charity. With no cost of administration and minimal operational costs, one hundred percent of every dollar donated goes directly to provide food, clothing, toys and other goods to T.O.T.A.'s recipients.

T.O.T.A. was designed so that society's surplus could be distributed to those parts of society in need. Since its inception, it has provided, through a variety of programs, food, clothing, toys and shelter for families and individuals.

T.O.T.A. was founded in 1970 and is a nonprofit, tax exempt charity as defined in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
