T-Time Transgender Support

T-time Transgender Support is preparing to expand our groups and services in the Florence/Pee Dee area, including having a new 'Butterflies' Youth & Family group. Your generous Giving Tuesday donation will help us make this happen in 2025!

Since 2005, T-Time Transgender Support has been a proud resource for the trans, nonbinary, and intersex community of the Grand Strand and Pee Dee areas of South Carolina and beyond. We provide community, remind our members of their autonomy, and celebrate gender diversity. 

Gaining official 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in 2019, we expanded to have two adult support group meetings a month in the Myrtle Beach area.. Since the start of 2022, we have been hosting our facilitated 'Butterflies' Youth & Family group, giving trans kids and their parents a safe space to talk, be themselves and form community. 

We are also excited to have added another adult support group in Florence, SC providing a place for the transgender, non-binary community of the Pee Dee. We have had such a great response to this group, we want to add a Youth & Family group there in early 2025.

We host a variety of community events, such as our bi-annual picnics, celebrating the Trans Day of Visibility, and hosting our annual Transgender Day of Remembrance Memorial in November. 

T-Time's mission is to promote equality and acceptance for all trans and gender diverse people in South Carolina. We encourage personal growth through mutual fellowship while increasing understanding with the wider public sphere. We continually partner with LGBTQ+ and other organizations to achieve this mission.

The need and desire by these communities has been shown to us. We need your financial support to help make a Florence Youth & Family support group happen there, now!

Your support will also go to fund our advocacy for the transgender+ community, allows us to be involved in community partnerships and cover digital outreach and printing costs. In short: your donation helps us give space and voice to trans and gender diverse people across South Carolina. While our meetings are free to attend, our groups do have operating costs and every donation counts.
