TechArtista Foundation

Mission 

Launched in 2022, the TechArtista Foundation (TAF) catalyzes the next generation of entrepreneurs and artists through inspiration, community, and support. The goals of the TechArtista Foundation are to:

-Inspire emerging creatives and entrepreneurs to make their ideas, projects, and ventures a reality. 

-Surround emerging creatives and entrepreneurs with a supportive network of peers, advisors, and service providers that can help them unlock new levels of viability and prosperity.

-Provide emerging creatives and entrepreneurs with the assets, platforms, and resources that remove barriers to success and accelerate growth.

Initiatives

STL Startup Week: STL Startup Week is a week-long celebration and elevation of all things entrepreneurship in the St. Louis region. Featuring engaging talks, panel discussions, workshops, networking events and more, STL Startup Week has inspired hundreds of individuals to discover their potential as entrepreneurs, innovators, and change-makers. 

Artist Accelerator: Our Artist Accelerator offers emerging creatives a pathway to commercial success while fostering relationships within the vibrant local art community in St. Louis, Missouri. Anchored by a 12-month artist-in-residence experience, this program provides a comprehensive array of resources, such as access to dedicated studio and gallery spaces, financial support, complimentary legal and accounting assistance, and curated mentorship. 

Fiscal Sponsorship: TechArtista's fiscal sponsorship program offers creatives, entrepreneurs, community builders, and emerging arts/entrepreneurship organizations access to funding opportunities and other resources through an affiliation with a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. This unique support structure also provides consulting, financial management, and oversight for supported projects. 

*Application required; supported projects must be mission-aligned and approved by our Board of Directors. 

Community Impact Grants: TechArtista offers free* open coworking memberships to entrepreneurs (nonprofit and for-profit) from underrepresented backgrounds and/or working on addressing social or environmental issues in our community. 

*Application required; grants cover 6-12 months of membership across all TechArtista spaces.
