Since 1985, TSA produces the annual Texas Storytelling Festival and bi-annual Tejas Storytelling Conference; administers the Tellers in the Schools program in Denton ISD; provides professional development and performance opportunities for members and those who use storytelling in their work; supports Affiliate Storytelling Guilds and Organization and offers educational opportunities through our Doc Moore Educational Fund; partners with local civic and arts organizations to provide storytellers at their events; and furnishes storytellers for workshops, events, programs, and schools throughout Texas and Southwest Region.

Tellers in the Schools
An educational outreach program of the Tejas Storytelling Association that offers professional storytellers and storytelling programs to Pre-K through 12th grades in the Denton area.

TSA Mission Grant
The Tejas Storytelling Association (TSA) developed this new grant to provide TSA Affiliate Guilds financial assistance with new storytelling programming in their community.

The Doc Moore Educational Outreach Fund is available to Affiliate Guilds in good standing and can help bring an exceptional storyteller to your guild for storytelling workshops.
