We are a 501c3 Idaho non-profit allied with Ten Thousand Villages that sells an eclectic mix of handcrafted goods made by unemployed and underemployed adult artisans from around the world. The artisans are paid a fair living wage allowing their children to attend school.

In addition to selling these handcrafted products, we also tell the stories of the artisans who make them to raise awareness of cultural issues. Locally, we partner with organizations that employ refugees and newcomers, such as Artisans 4 Hope, Usful Glass.

For twenty years, we have had a beautiful shop in Boise's Historic Hyde Park. In the autumn, we take the store on the road and hold shopping events in rural Eastern Idaho.

We are a non-profit run by volunteers. We provide retail job training to our volunteers who are generally underemployed or retired workers, or young people looking for service learning hours and their first job experience. We also provide community outreach to churches, clubs and school groups sharing educational topics covering art, culture, and social justice.

Check out our website, like us on Facebook and be sure to visit us soon. While we are nearly 80% self-supporting, your donations enable us to upgrade equipment and travel to offer fair trade goods to rural Idaho.
