The Empowerment Center

The Empowerment Center’s (TEC) is a child abuse prevention agency with a primary focus of training and mentoring at-risk youth through family wellness.

Founded by a former foster youth, Tiffany Baker, TEC brings the uniqueness of personal experience when teaching invaluable life skills classes and conducting our H.O.P.E groups for youth & members of the family unit. Youth leave empowered, parents are positively inspired, and families are hopeful for better relationships and a brighter future because the people who train and mentor them have successfully overcome adversity and similar life circumstances.
