To support and partner with families rearing children who have emotional and mental health needs in order to improve their quality of life.

AFN Chat Line. AFN offers a confidential support line for families rearing children who have mental health and emotional needs. Chat Line offers a Family Support Partner with experience rearing a child with behavioral issues who can help with connections to community services, negotiating different systems, or emotional support. The families can also call for information and referral on behavioral health and other issues. The Chat Line operates fromj 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. If calls are received after these hours, the family can leave a message and will receive a call back.
