For 46 years, NMFA has been the voice of military families. We support, empower, and advocate for the families who stand behind the uniform through uplifting programs designed to encourage healing, reduce challenges, and overcome obstacles.

 

We provide scholarships and professional support to military spouses striving to give their family financial support through meaningful careers. Our Operation Purple ® Program offers summer camps and retreats for military kids, and families, where they meet and experience outdoor adventures with others who understand the challenges of military life.

 

NMFA has a boots-on-the-ground perspective, making us the “go to” source for Administration Officials, Members of Congress, and key decision makers when they want to understand the issues facing our families.
