$10,000 Goal

The Park Na Conservatory of Violin & Cello is dedicated to providing the highest standard of instruction and opportunities to our gifted young musicians in NWA.  The main goal of the conservatory is in fostering the advanced training of high-performing musicians, while providing a comprehensive platform of study in all areas of artistic development. Additionally, our conservatory is eager to serve area musicians of all ages who may not be musically ready or eligible for our Conservatory, but join us instead through Monthly Private Lessons, or our Preparatory program.  The Park Na Conservatory gives serious pre-collegiate string players the opportunity to improve their skills and develop them into a well-rounded musician with an intensive training program taught by world class faculty.

Throughout the Park Na Conservatory, students gain valuable experiences by being immersed in a conservatory style curriculum and in preparing for college auditions. The program of each semester includes 14 weeks of lessons and coaching that aid in choosing and preparing appropriate repertoire for recitals, competitions, auditions including undergraduate auditions.

The Conservatory Program is comprised of private studio lessons, major performing ensembles and music support courses. Additionally, students are encouraged to take advantage of the many performance opportunities including recitals, masterclasses, enrichment programs and community events offered every semester. Acceptance into each studio is contingent on demonstrated performance level by the audition recording. Please visit Audition Materials to find the audition requirements.

All students who are accepted into the Preparatory & Conservatory program

automatically receive a 100% full-scholarship award.

In addition to providing high level instruction, The Park Na Conservatory is dedicated to bringing the highest level of classical music entertainment to the area.  Partnering with renowned Crystal Bridges Museum, we brought the community of NWA, the 1st New Year's Day Concert.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYbZZFsSHo4&t=6s as well as our first annual Park Na Conservatory, Crystal Cup International Violin & Cello Competition.  We had representation from over 10 countries, showcasing our beautiful region while providing the residents of NWA a truly world-class classical music experience.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c-helwqoO6k&t=1971s  It is our firm desire and intention that we harness all we pour into our students will be shared with our very arts-minded community.  Many of our programs such as our masterclasses, are open to the public.  Since our inception, we have welcomed to our area, legendary violins, Dr. Susan Dubois, Andres Diaz, Cello-Southern Methodist University, Felix Olschofka, Violin-University of North Texas, and Cliburn pianist, Dr. Jonathan Tsay, Piano-University of Memphis.  Partnering with area schools, we are committed to bringing the world of classical music to Northwest Arkansas.

Founded by Dr. Eun Seo Park, Professor Dominc K. Na, David Kinzer, Esq. & Sonja Kinzer in 2020, It was our dream to bring a high-level, old world style conservatory experience to young musicians here in NWA.  We had the ambitious goal of doing this without financial burden to the families.  Since our inception, we have pushed to develop and share the highest form of classical music entertainments with area residents as well as "open to the public" free classical music education such as our "Haydn Seek" Summer Arts program at Red Barn, Classical Music on the trails Summer Series at Osage as well as free, drop-in chamber music.
