We invite you join us in our work of enriching the lives of youth in Springfield through the arts and culture, and supporting the kind of young leadership that will create powerful, positive change in local communities and the world at large.

First Generation members gain communication, public speaking and leadership skills, teach workshops, create and perform powerful original theater. They practice civic engagement by participating in community events.
