The Salvation Army South Placer County

The Salvation Army Roseville Corps helps young people throughout South Placer County learn, grow, and discover their God-given potential.

Through TEAM—Tutoring, Encouragement, Academics and Mentoring—children receive academic support, nutritious meals, transportation, recreation, music and arts instruction, spiritual care, and encouragement from trusted adults. During the 2025–2026 program year, our afterschool ministry served 115 individuals while providing 47 educational sessions, 52 recreation and physical-education activities, 550 meals, 2,080 snacks, and more than 650 instances of transportation assistance.

Our support continues beyond the school year. In 2026, 18 local children experienced a combined 102 days at Salvation Army camp, where they developed confidence, independence, friendships, and faith.

Our 2026 Back to School Bash brought the community together to help children begin school prepared and encouraged. Designed to equip approximately 250 students and welcome around 400 children and family members, the event offered school supplies, dinner, haircuts, family activities, live worship music, and connections to community resources—with approximately 30 volunteers helping make it possible.

Our mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and meet human needs in His name without discrimination. Your gift provides local children with educational resources, meals, transportation, camp experiences, school supplies, caring mentors, and safe places to belong.

When you give to The Salvation Army Roseville Corps, you invest in a child’s potential—and a brighter future for South Placer County.
