The Tuscaloosa Community Dancers Inc

During the past 40 years Tuscaloosa Community Dancers (TCD) has established itself as the only Pre-Professional, non-profit, dance performing arts group in West Alabama.  It is not affiliated with any single dance studio, but instead attracts its dancers from the entire community including the University of Alabama.  TCD has a history of providing both the dancers and audiences of West Alabama with quality performances. Additionally the dancers are afforded the opportunity to work with world famous choreographers, ballerinas and master class instructors to further their art.  TCD has partnered with all the major arts organizations in West Alabama to offer audiences and dancers a variety of experiences.  TCD currently presents two performances each year and strives to share the art of dance with the underserved schools in the area through workshops and special performces.
