The Volunteer Fire Department of Moscow Idaho Inc

The volunteers of the Moscow Volunteer Fire Department responded to more than 2,800 emergency calls each year -- providing fast response and highly-qualified service to more than 40,000 people. 

Your donation helps more than 90 volunteers train to a professional standard and provides the support needed to care for our community. We care about you and your family because this is our community too. 

Our volunteers are a blend of long-time community members and motivated college students. Student resident firefighters live in our three stations, providing fast response to the community and valuable experience to themselves as many aspire for careers in emergency services. They work side-by-side with our community volunteers to build an emergency response system that rivals many paid departments. 

We provide ambulance service to rural Moscow as well as provide all Latah County EMS departments with paramedic support.
