The GCI, Inc.

The GCI, Inc. is focused on developing our participant's ability to search, build, communicate, and execute on any project, with any task, anywhere in the world. Our participants learn to be master advocates through competitions, intensive leadership activities, and lectures focused on increasing personal and professional development. The positive impacts of our programs can be seen in our reduction of incarcerated youth in our Word Diversion program. The best college students excel beyond the norm and apply the GCI's skills to everyday life, especially the workplace, and teachers and administrators who have participated in our professional development sessions demonstrate a unique culturally competent impact from our programs and services. We positively impact our community partner's missions, and more importantly our participants quality of life, who change minds and save lives one word at a time.
