Theatre 29

Theatre 29 was founded in 2000 by several local families who were dedicated to bringing Theatre Arts to the local community.  The group was also dedicated to exposing the youth in the community to not just seeing, but performing in the Theatre.

From it's roots performing in local schools the Theatre has grown to it's own 91 seat building complete with professional sound and lighting. We are the only year round Performing Arts Theatre in 29 Palms.

Our all volunteer group has produced nearly 100 shows to date including large Broadway Productions, original and locally authored shows, classic and contemporary comedies and dramas as well as childrens shows and Summer Youth Theatre workshops.

We are so proud that several of our young actors have gone on to professional acting careers!

Theatre 29 has won several awards throughout the desert for the high caliber shows it has put on!
