The Cupcake Girls

This unique non-profit facilitates connections between various community resources and individuals involved in any realm of the sex industry.  Through trained volunteers and community partners, we respectfully and discreetly provide individuals with resources and support tailored to fit his or her needs by building personal relationships, one cupcake at a time.  

How We Help

We quickly learned that when it comes to working with the adult entertainers we assist, one way of doing things doesn't fit all. We, along with our many professional partners, offer a number of services on a case-by-case basis, working to ensure that we're offering the right solutions to the right people at the right time.

It all comes down to our ability to listen carefully, really get to know the clients we work with, and make sure that when we call upon our professional partners, we're being respectful of both their time and their unique talents.

Below are the services we provide: 

• Medical care

• Dental treatment

• Federal/County aid application

• Financial advising

• Educational support

• Nutrition counseling

• Legal advising

• Support groups

• One-on-one mentoring

• Emergency care packages

• Relocation assistance

• Drug and alcohol rehabilitation

• Domestic violence assistance

• Hosting baby showers and birthday parties

It's important to note that not all adult entertainers need additional assitance, The Cupcake Girls simply exist to support those who request our help.  Our assistance is not contingent on men and women leaving the industry.  We provide support when individuals intend on remaining in this industry or if they're seeking a change in career path.

How You Can Help

In order to continue this work, we are reliant on the generosity of community organizations and individual donors.  Any monitary donation is greatly appreciated and makes a strong impact on our ability to support adult entertainers.

Here is what each donation can do for The Cupcake Girls: 

• $30 can provide a month of supplies for our weekly support groups

• $50 can provide payment for a monthly bill of our 24 hour crisis phone line

• $250 can provide a month of supplies for strip club and brothel visits where we deliver information & build awareness on providing resources and support.

• $500 can provide us the ability to meet an emergency need in the event of a domestic violence situation, career transition, illness, or other various hardships

• $4,000 can provide 6 months rent for our Resource Center where we provide pro-bono or discounted one-on-one and group therapy, financial advising, educational support, career services, and referrals to medical, dental, legal, drug and alcohol treatment resources (and more) to adult entertainers and their children.
