We are a 501(c)3 organization who uniquely provide your community senior health and activities program! Our main goal is to keep families together for as long as possible! We provide medical and social care, in a safe and secure environment, through interactive programs which nurture connection, maintain dignity, and renew purpose in each individual. We operate on a sliding fee scale so that our services are affordable to those who need us the most! The PURPOSE of this campaign is to continue filling a need we see vastly growing in our community! It is to lift up caregivers as they struggle to balance the needs of their loved ones alongside their own. This campaign feeds directly into our program and the hands that work wholeheartedly to raise the quality of our clients' lives daily! Any donation, big or small, will greatly increase our outreach, uphold our ability to serve, and provide us with the means to care for families as a whole during later life transitions
