  • What if every person came to believe that they were a unique contributor to the greater whole?
  • What if "I matter. You matter." was how we all behaved?
  • What if respect was the status quo?

With Respect 360 this world becomes possible for every young person.

Since 2005, we’ve empowered millions to redefine respect and use The Respect Basics to thrive.

When people have respect on the inside, they can thrive vs. getting trapped in cycles of disrespect including bullying, -isms, violence, abuse, inequality, poverty, poor health, unhealthy relationships, inadequate education and low self-esteem.

Youth influencers can use Respect 360, including 370 activities, to nurture self-respect in those ages 11-24. Every card enables youth and young adults to redefine respect, practice The Respect Basics, break cycles of disrespect, achieve positive goals and thrive.

Our mission is to make respect the status quo. Your donation can get us there to serve:

Vulnerable Girls. Self-respect—knowing you are a unique contributor to the greater whole—is a critical youth development asset that strengthens resiliency and positive academic and life outcomes. In 2013, through the Clinton Global Initiative, we and our partners committed to providing 10,000 vulnerable young women ages 11 to 18 through 2015 the tools and coaching, including our Respect 360 toolkit, needed to build self-respect in order to improve academic and life outcomes.

Opportunity Youth. In addition, we will reach 1,000 court-involved opportunity youth by 2016 through Respect On the Inside, a project to train law enforcement officials how to effectively build self-respect in youth by transforming key touch-points, such as truancy and street stops and probation meetings, into compassionate coaching connections that can decrease youths' court involvement, while increasing their ability to choose positive pathways and succeed. Our goal is that 100% of participating youth report six respectful interactions with law enforcement. They experienced: I matter. You matter.

In partnership with the Clinton Global Initiative, Santa Clara County County Opportunity Youth Partnership - Kids In Common, Mentoring USA, Planned Parenthood Mar Monte and others!
