Who We Are

The Undies Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. It was set up in November 2015 to fulfill the unmet need of new, unused underwear to improve the lives of less fortunate men, women and children.

Imagine having to choose between feeding your family or providing them with new, clean underwear.  It is unimaginable isn't it?

Underwear is the most under-donated, and most needed, item of clothing.  No one should be deprived of the simple daily necessity of clean underwear that many of us take for granted.  Hygiene and physical comfort are only a part of this basic human need. New clean underwear also provides dignity and self esteem.

What We Do

We accomplish our mission by holding drives throughout the year to collect, and purchase, underwear that we then distribute through other non-profit organizations that help those in need.

Mardi "Bra" - community drives to collect bras, coinciding with Mardi Gras.  

Undie Sundays - drives through community churches and synagogues to collect men's, women's and childen's underwear.

Cocktails & Comedy - a fun night to raise money to purchase new underwear and help support our organization.

To date The Undies Project has distributed over 29,600 undergarments to men, women and children in need.
