About:

Third Street Family Health Services is a community health center based in the counties of Richland, Ashland, and Crawford, OH. Established in 1994, the community health center began as a part-time evening clinic with a staff of volunteer physicians, nurses, and receptionists. Third Street quickly became an integral part of the health care delivery system for the area.  Over its history, Third Street has continued to grow in response to community need with an emphasis on creating greater primary care access.  By the end of 2022, Third Street had over 80,000 visits and saw 20,000 patients in medical, dental, OB/GYN, and behavioral health visits.

Our Goal:
This year, our objective is to raise $4,500.00 in support of a variety of projects that are going on at Third Street Family Health Services. 

What is new in 2023?

We Completed a merger with Community Counseling and Wellness Centers in Bucyrus and Marion

We opened a new Pharmacy

We purchased a Mobile Unit to help take medical and dental services to the Community

Third Street is a Federally Qualified Health Center organization rooted in Richland County and has been serving our most at-risk populations for thirty years. Third Street gives families, friends and neighbors hope that they can live a healthy lifestyle and receive quality, affordable care in their own community.
