We’ve Grown – Now We Need You More Than Ever

We are a nonprofit rooted in health equity with a mission to provide equitable, trauma-informed, integrative health services to underserved individuals, families, and neighborhoods in Louisville. We realize the power of therapeutic touch transforms lives.

Tip It Forward has always believed that whole health belongs to everyone. In 2025, our work has expanded in powerful ways. We’ve grown to serve more families, adapted our programs to meet urgent community needs, and built a more sustainable model for the future. Over the summer, we led 42 wellness sessions reaching more than 400 youth, a sign of the broader impact we are making in our community.

But the environment around us has shifted. Public funding is drying up, federal grant opportunities are scarce, and even our strong private donor family has felt the impact of today’s economy. At the same time, our operations have grown to better serve our community because the need has never been greater.

 Every gift fuels our ability to deliver care, restore hope, and bring health equity to our neighbors.

This is a moment of both challenge and opportunity. With you by our side, we can keep the Plus Bus rolling, keep families supported, and keep Louisville rising.

Utilizing our mobile wellness clinic, we operate in collaboration with various neighborhoods and local nonprofits to provide dynamic access to a model of care that actively engages individuals in the healing of trauma and the practice of self-care. Clinic offerings include: 

•  5-NP ear acupressure
• massage and bodywork
• movement therapy
• mindfulness practices
• health education
• holistic care kits (take-home)
