Tomorrow's Hope

A nonprofit organization

2 donors

Tomorrow's Hope was started in 1998 by a dedicated group of community-minded volunteers who wanted to make sure charitable donations they helped raise stayed in the area for the benefit of local residents. They also wanted to support care, education and research for people affected by all types of life-limiting illnesses, not just one.

Sixteen years later the organization is still going  strong! Over $3.2 million has been granted to enhance local health care and services. Thousands of people have helped out.

The group's largest annual fundraising event is called Hope Fest, and was previously known as Walk Fest. In 2012 over 2,000 people attended the overnight community festival and particpated in numerous events, activities and contests. They also enjoyed skydivers, fireworks, food, entertainment, quiet time  and other light-hearted fun.

In addition, Hope Fest is more than just a fundraiser. It's a special time and place for friends, family members and neighbors to gather, socialize and pay tribute to loved ones. Many special moments and memories are created each year.

Many of the founding members of Tomorrow's Hope are still actively engaged in the planning, preparation, and hosting of Hope Fest and other fundraising events throughout the year. New people have, of course, also joined in. This band of brothers and sisters in service has withstood the test of time, has grown, and continues to be a wonderfully positive and effective force for helping, healing and care in southcentral Wisconsin.
