TRAC-Transition Resource Action Center

TRAC’s goal for our wrap-around services for vulnerable youth is for them to secure safe, stable affordable housing, as well as to move toward livable wage jobs through employment and/or education, and to divert them from homelessness, sex trafficking, crime and other negative outcomes.  TRAC was created in 2003 by 40 community partners. In 2023, TRAC became a separate nonprofit entity, continuing to serve 1200 young adults annually in Dallas, Tarrant and 17 surrounding counties in North Texas.
