Trailhead Youth Ranch

  At Trailhead Youth Ranch our purpose is to inspire kids, adults and families to grow and prosper through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We provide the atmosphere, the horses, the trained wrangler volunteers, and the program. You provide the willing attitude and courage to step out of your comfort zone. It's in this fertile soil that learning about horses, learning about yourself, and learning about God come together.

BELONGING ~

All children throughout our community are invited to participate within our program. We offer Saturday sessions that include personal growth through the word of God, as children learn about the redeeming love of Jesus. Participants will experience the introduction of the fundamentals of horsemanship, riding sessions, woodworks, leather crafts, as well as unique projects that inspire children grow in their self-worth and recognize their identity in Christ.
We believe self-respect, respect for others and self-control is successfully learned while utilizing the special connection between horses and children. This special connection provides our ministry opportunities on a practical, down to earth level that fosters more positive self-image and encourages more meaningful relationships that result in a more confident and responsible youth. 

MENTORING ~

 Trailhead Youth Ranch also mentors a wrangler program that encourages prior participants that reach the teenage years to develop servant leadership through our Thursday evening Biblically based discipleship program. This program allows teens to serve within the ministry by helping provide guidance through example to even our youngest participants.
 These evening groups are the backbone that inspire our youth and provide the nurturing soil to grow in Christ as His disciples. 
In this nurturing environment we invite and inspire teens to develop their own messages of encouragement of hope and faith found through their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is within this invitation to grow in their walk with Christ, that their faith deepens, allowing each child to develop his or her own unique ability to inspire and foster participants within the wrangler program.
Through Gods mercy and unconditional love, wholeness, belonging and trust are beautifully expressed through the transforming power of His redeeming love for us all.
