In our region, missing a medical appointment isn’t always a choice. For people without transportation, it’s a painful reality. That’s where Transport Central steps in.

We provide free, non-emergency medical transportation to neighbors who have no other way to get to the care they need. Whether it’s chemotherapy, dialysis, follow-up visits, or routine check-ups—our rides save lives.

Travis is one of many whose health journey was only possible because of Transport Central. And Angel? She calls us her “little family” because when no one else could help, we were there—with a safe, reliable ride to her doctor.

Transport Central is committed to increasing mobility for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those on Medicaid by...
- Building a network of volunteer drivers to transport citizens to medical and necessary appointments.
- Coordinating with Medicaid Managed Care transportation providers
- Working with health care providers, service agencies and senior centers
- Providing services i our 19 town region: Alexandria, Ashland, Bristol, Bridgewater, Campton, Dorchester, Ellsworth, Groton, Hebron, Holderness, Lincoln, Plymouth, New Hampton, Rumney, Thornton, Warren, Waterville Valley, Wentworth and Woodstock.
