A vision program furthers our commitment of comprehensive healthcare for all.
Originally founded in 1993 as the Fellsmere Community Health Coalition to serve rural and Migrant Seasonal Farm Workers, we became Treasure Coast Community Health, Inc. (TCCH) in 2005, when additional service locations were opened in IRC. TCCH is a nationally accredited non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) which provided medical, dental and behavioral health services at eight centers severing over 25,000 annually. TCCH is accredited as a Patient Centered Medical and Dental Home facility and provides services in an outpatient environment. In 2019 , the Health Resources and Services Administration recognized TCCH as a National Health Center Quality Leader, ranking in the top 10% of FQHC’s in the nation.
Our vision is to deliver exceptional primary care and support services, to educate and promote positive lifestyle changes, to eliminate health care barriers and disparities, and improve the quality of life for the people living in IRC. TCCH provides comprehensive medical, dental and behavioral health care to uninsured, under-insured and insured individuals, especially low and moderate income workers.
