$107,000 Goal

For forty years, Trees Atlanta has been protecting and improving Atlanta’s urban forest by planting, conserving, and educating.

Founded in 1985, Trees Atlanta works to mitigate Atlanta’s tree loss, protect its forests, and increase its tree canopy. Empowered by a community of volunteers, Trees Atlanta serves the metro Atlanta area and has grown to become one of Atlanta’s most widely known and supported non-profit organizations.

At Trees Atlanta, sustainability is not just a guiding principle; it is a tangible reality. We are gradually enhancing the greener infrastructure at headquarters and transitioning our fleet to electric vehicles. This effort bolsters both sustainability and social responsibility for the next 40 years and beyond.

With your contribution, we can take an immediate step forward in reducing our costs and carbon footprint.

The funding will be used for:

  • Four e-bikes with utility trailers to supercharge planting and tree care along the Beltline Arboretum
  • Two pre-loved Nissan Leafs to ignite engagement across the metro area without spreading pollutants
  • Electric charging infrastructure to keep us fully energized
  • Maintenance and extra batteries to spark long-term change

We hope you are as electrified by this project as we are!

Trees Atlanta is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and is a top-rated 4-Star charity by Charity Navigator.
