"Recognizing the important role that the study of music plays in the development of life skills; it is the mission of the Tri-State Community Orchestra to enrich and educate the Tri-State community by providing both audiences and performers with
quality, musical experiences; and to partner with community groups to instill and enhance civic pride through cultural awareness."
